Comfy bedding.

Savoury breakfast with more fresh ingredients, cheese and also a rare occurrence in Italy, unbeatable location. A nice size and well-equipped rooms and hypo-allergenic pillows.

the location was marvellous and i could use private parking on site. the hotel staff were happy to help. had a large room to myself with a good bathroom, a balcony plus nice views.

Everything was perfect - very central location and very good service. Modernly furnished, average sized room, appreciated it. The breakfast was savoury and delicious on top of the cake. We had very good time at the hotel and will be back.

Verona is a beautiful place to visit. Steeped in history, fabulous buildings, shopping, food and central to visit other places - e.g. Milan, Venice, Garda etc.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel is very well situated and a great base. Breakfast very good, however, I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff could speak english which was helpful to a non-italian speaker, but were willing to help me learn some italian also. I was traveling alone, so I was happy about the safety of the area and that there was 24 front desk staff. The buffet breakfast was very good. Eggs, meat, cheese, bread, fruit, cereal, juices etc. The wifi internet worked in my room and a computer was available in the lobby for guest use.

Couple's getaway done right

The hotel was amazing, especially the friendly staff who immediately upgraded us to a suite with a balcony! The location was perfect and we could just walk to many great restaurants and attractions nearby.

Sure, it wasn't the most affordable option, but in the end, it was acceptable considering the experience we had.

Had an amazing getaway with friends! We explored the Arena and the picturesque Juliet's House. The 3-hour panoramic tour showed us the fine Verona hills and hidden gems. The hotel was super clean, and the breakfast had an excellent variety of choices, perfect for fueling our adventures. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

I had a bit of trouble with the pillows. They felt uncomfortable for me, not like traditional pillows at all. Some friends didn't mind them, but I struggled to rest well, which took away from the overall experience.

The hotel was in the perfect location for going to the opera. All the staff members were extremely helpful. A wonderful place to stay, just around the corner from everything!
